I just fixed up my 1993 Ninja 500, and it wasn't as powerful as I would have thought it would be. Probably over-hyped myself. What is your idle speed set to? And do you get a lot of engine noise louder than the exhaust pipes? All I can hear is the engine clunk and barely exhaust unless I turn my head.
@GeneralCracka mate throw some aftermarket pipes on that puppy.... your obviously not riding it right if u dont think it pulls :) ive got a 94 ex400 and it winds up so stupidly quick - check out my vid of it, all uphill and first ride after winter - i.e. cautious as... it will do 220kph easy.... just standard pipes in that vid but i just got a pair of mint straight-thru alloy cans im gonna put on it.... ive got a CRF450 for off-road, way more torque but it would get wasted in a straight line

Well ill comment cause i just got a 1987 EX 500.
I think the camera mount isn't bad the fact that the camera isn't choppy {as in FPS is smooth} that is the good thing about this setup.
Question did u use Zip tie's??? on my bicycle i had a small tripod zip tied to the center if the bars and it worked well...
