The world has gone through periods of heat waves and catastrophic weather patterns multiple times in history. This isn't even as close as bad to when fruit was literally BOILING on trees. CO2 in the atmosphere is at something like 0.002%. Already it makes little difference with the addition of CO2. Im not an expert, just using common sense. @CanucksLuo; Global warming is a scam, period!! History is full of instances when there was much more co2 in the atmosphere than there is now. Did cars cause that as well? Secondly, higher temperatures aren't caused by co2, first the temperatures rise because of sun cycles and co2 trails it by about 100 years (this has been proven by ice core samples). My last point, co2 is not harmful to the atmosphere, quite the contrary, without co2 nothing on this planet would be alive (google co2).

But few people will refute that the best thing to do for this planet is not to do anything. Deforestation can be dangerous because a tree takes a long time to grow, and has a big effect on the environment. Yet still, I do believe the reports regarding GW are conflicting, and even though scientifically it is real, it is important to keep an open mind and see all sides to the story.

The people making the real money are the coal and oil companies. Just because you can't see the CO2 pollution it does not mean it is not there. The normal level of CO2 is around 280ppm and we are now at 390 and rising. When we lose lumps of Florida, California and louisiana how much is that going to cost. Is it still cheap coal?

Some weather paterns have long cycles then that, tthey say the cycle of precession takes 100.000 yrs. about the same time man been around. The world has gone through periods of heat waves and catastrophic weather patterns multiple times in history. This isn't even as close as bad to when fruit was literally BOILING on trees. CO2 in the atmosphere is at something like 0.002%. Already it makes little difference with the addition of CO2. Im not an expert, just using common sense. Volcanos evryday and natural disasters cant be from a lil CO2 spike. Of course we're polluting the world, it has to stop. Just don't believe this greenpeace

The number one argument against Global Warming that pisses me off is this: "Look outside right now. It's snowing/windy/flooding/(insert any weather phenomena here), therefor Global warming is false."
If you had any meteorological background at all you would realize that isolated events cannot disprove global warming. You must look at long term trends. We're dealing with a degree or two increase max, people! I have no problem with the argument against Global Warming, just present it properly :)

Secondly, higher temperatures aren't caused by co2, first the temperatures rise because of sun cycles and co2 trails it by about 100 years (this has been proven by ice core samples). My last point, co2 is not harmful to the atmosphere, quite the contrary, without co2 nothing on this planet would be alive (google co2).

The Earth might be warming, but CO2 may not be the single factor for global warming. You can have scientists working trillions of hours on this issue without getting an answer. But few people will refute that the best thing to do for this planet is not to do anything. So, while we are extracting solid carbons and pumping gaseous carbon, we might want to consider reducing our consumptions.

After all, he was a Governor and a Seal, it's a slap in the face. So, if he's not going to fly, the show may have to be canceled. I think someone passed on misinformation. He's not canceling it, but that might be a side effect of his decision.

Deforestation can be dangerous because a tree takes a long time to grow, and has a big effect on the environment. im in the Global warming... i live on the North part of Quebec, Canada .600 milles form Montreal. in the last 20 years less and less snow on winter month. 70's to 90's average of 8 feet of snow. 1990 to 2000 average of 5' to 6' feet.... the 2009 2010 winter was the worst ...6 inch on snow. in february 2010 average temperature was + 6°C (42°F) normaly it's -20°C(-4°F). the worst is to come.
