  • @RHINO33SJR Greetings from Malta. Thank you very much for the wonder comment and compliments. Hope that time flies and soon you would be here spending a memorable holiday. FYI, from 14th to 15th April 2012, there will be the Mdina Medieval Festival. Am not sure if you have been there or have watched the video on our Channel. We enjoyed it very much as Mdina turned into medieval era complemented with interesting activities comprising the era of the Knights. Warm regards, Jasmine

  • Very nice video and music. I live here for the last 3 years, (retired from UK) so know the area well. The video does justice to the beauty of Malta.

  • @johnito2232 Greetings from Malta. Thank you very much for the wonderful comment and compliments. St Paul's Bay is one of our favourite places to visit. We were there 2 days ago and noticed that the new project i.e. Malta National Aquarium is underway. Excavation works have already started on the site, which is near the Qawra tower (Ta’ Fra Ben.).

    Warm regards,

    Jasmine

  • Proset. I guess I should add my name here:)

  • @bugibbab0y Greetings from Malta. Thank you very much for the compliments and also for adding your name here :))

    Cheers,

    Jasmine

I love the area and always enjoy Valletta by bus, that's always a fun trip

  • @briandjo3891 Thank you very much for your kind compliments. We are so pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay here and have planned for another visit.

It is very convenient go around various places by bus and the bus fares are not costly at all. New buses and services would be commenced soon with more routes by a new management.

Wishing you a most pleasant stay here on your next visit.

    Warm regards from Malta,

    Jasmine

  • thanks for posting this short film of st.paul's bay.i was on holiday there back in 1980,it brought back some wonderful memories of that holiday.it makes me want to go back!!

  • @kjammo66 Thank you indeed for your comments. Glad that our video brought you fond memories of Malta, particularly St Paul's Bay. St Paul's Bay is one of our favourite Bays.

    Malta welcomes you, anytime.

    Warm reagards,

    Jasmine

  • @JasAlf5959 Hi there.

I am thinking of staying in St pauls bay for 6 weeks.. Or should i do a few weeks elsewhere like St Julians too?

    thanks.!

  • @MrRiffbear Hi! St Paul's Bay is beautiful but since you would be here for 6 weeks, I humbly suggest you in splitting your stay. In that way you would be able to see more places near its area, besides, meeting new people in that town or village.

St Julians and Sliema are nice too tho' a busy area. The nightlife there is aplenty and much more lively. Many restaurants, pubs, etc. Frequent bus services to Valletta. Nice promenade for leisure walk.

    Regards,

    Jasmine

  • Hello! My family lived for a short time in St Paul's Bay in the early '60's, we rented on Xemxia Hill. I went every day on a bus to a school called Talhandaq, my first experience with British people. It was a wonderful time in my life and I have very warm memories of Malta and the people. You made a really nice video, so wonderful to touch base with a lovely part of my life!

  • @Grogman Thanks so much for your comment. So pleased to know that our video brought you fond memories of Malta and the Maltese. We visited to the places you mentioned and it was nice.

Hope that you would revisit Malta once again. You are always welcome to Malta.

    Jasmine

  • I've searched for the music arnd I believe it is a classical guitarist called Pedro Javier Gonzalez - can only find it as an MP3 download so far. From an albusm called Guitarra Vol3 Tributo A Los Beatles - if anyone's interested. By the way really liked your video - n have been to Malta many times, the people are very welcoming and friendly. Good job

  • @ucolleenh Thanks so much for the info and your comments. I will look up Pedro Javier Gonzalez. I love instrumental music and guitar is one of my favourites.

    Thanks again.

    Jasmine

  • Please let me know who is playing the classical guitar "and I love her" please

  • @ucolleenh Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the guitarist. It was a download from a PPS last year.

    Jasmine

  • Very nice. I'm working in malta and staying in Bugibba so there are a few things there I didn't recognise so have some scouting to do. Very interesting.

    Thanks you for the effort.

  • @chezzaz Thanks for your comments. We have uploaded several videos about Malta and its sister-island Gozo including some festivities that took place on both island You are most welcome to visit our Channel jasalf5959

    Cheers,

    Jasmine

  • St. Paul's Bay is called St. Paul's bay becasue he was shipwrecked there. Nice country,by the way. I wish I could go there, but my tour of Europe doesn't include Malta. :(

  • Thanks for your kind comments. St Paul's Bay is charming and hopefully, one day, you would make a visit to Malta, a beautiful country.

  • I first visited St Pauls bay back in 1975 and have been back at least once a year since then

  • I went to St Pauls bay on my honeymoon June 2007 and fell pregnant with my baby boy !

  • So your son will always remember this place and when he grows up, he'll visit it also.

    Hope you'll visit Malta again.

  • You are right, it is Haz-Zebbug. It looks a lot like Bugibba near the Casino.

  • 2:10 it is Haz-Zebbug :)

  • FANTASTIC

  • Thank you and hope you'll watch our other videos on jasalf5959 - quite a few about Malta.

  • I'm going to st. pauls bay with my friend in june, I've turned eighteen then so it should be bloody good fun!!! :D

  • We're sure you'll like St Paul's Bay area. We go there often for walks. There are lots of stores, bars and restaurants. including ice cream parlours :))

You'll be very welcome in Malta.

  • Hi Frefflica, there is a Bus Terminal in Qawra, (St Paul's Bay area) in front of the Domein Hotel. You can check the bus numbers/routes on the internet for the destination/s you wish to go. The bus fare is less than a Euro. Another option is that there in the Hop-in Hop-out Sightseeing Bus Tour which takes you to many places.

Wish you and your friends a wonderful stay in Malta.

    Jasmine

  • oh, waow! thank you so much :) I'm absolutely positive it will be a great trip!!

  • i live in st pauls bay

  • Wish you came outside so we could have featured you in the video :))

  • mhta alstya !

  • Is that in Hebrew? Can you please translate into English?

  • Very nice video, i dont recall i saw this video till today, thank you for showing us our beautiful Malta.

    Jane and Gaetu.

  • Thanks Jane and Gaetu. Glad that you enjoyed the video. St Pau;'s Bay, Bugibba & Qawra are some of our favourite places. Beautiful promenades all along the bay, food is aplenty and we love shopping there too.

  • I have enjoyed your video, thanks you made me remember how beautiful is malta, keep up the good work. thanks again, carme

  • Thanks Carmen for your kind comments. Many Maltese emigrants enjoy watching views and events that take place in Malta and we're glad that they are making you happy.

  • Airshow wont be over st.pauls this year :)

Its gone back to the airport!!!! :D

  • Personally, I think it's better if it's held over St Paul's Bay but if the majority prefer it at the airport, then let it be!

  • Well must admit, it was a nice expericne and location. gr8 place for something like that! but the whole fun is being at the airport around the statics and seeing take off and landings.. which you dont see at stpauls :p

  • As a show, it's better at St Paul's but yes, I agree, seeing them taking off and landing is an interesting thing to witness. I LOVE aircrafts and some years ago I was very involved with the MS Flight Simulator in fact, I built the largest sceneries for it.

I now lost my "licence" - haven't continued flying the FS - wish I did though.

  • I love FS!.. i have FSX, use it almost everyday. but i do not use the MS aircraft. Really? which sceneries did you make?? :O

  • Very good!, who is the song of the video?

    Thank you.

  • Muchas gracias Parejo. El nombre de la cancion es "And I love her".

  • Very nice another exiting place in malta thank you for sharing, great work bye Jane and Gaetu Melbourne.

  • Thank you Louis, John and Jane & Gaetu. Bugibba, Qawra & St Paul's Bay are as beautiful as many other places in Malta & Gozo.

The sunsets at St Paul's Bay are breathtaking. It is one of the favourite spots for sunset cruises.

    Jasmine & Alfred

  • Thank you Jasmine & Alfred ,yet another great video of Malta.

Bugibba is very popular especially with British tourists.

    John Demicoli-Sydney Australia.

  • Thankyou Jasmine and Alfred for sharing such a beautiful place in Malta with us..........Louis in Melbourne

  • Thanks, our dear Zejtuni friend. Yes, Bugibba/Qawra area has changed a lot and you'd see many tourists around that area. It's also our favorite place to go for walks especially in the evenings.

    Warm regards,

    Alfred & Jasmine

  • Jasmine & Alfred: more & more kudos for another exciting photo-video show accompanied by a delightful musical background. Thanks for sharing.
