Thank you for taking the time to share this. I had a great stoma nurse but learned most my GOOD tricks by those that post here and also I watched the videos long before I had an ileostomy. I have crohns and colitis so knew it was just a matter of time. Thank you!
Hi Tom, Thanks for sharing this video, Have you tried any of Trio's products? , they are amazing and you will no longer need a hairdryer with Trio Silesse :) Hope this helps and Thanks again.
When I'm doing this, if I don't have something over the stoma the entire time, it squirts all over the place. Peanut butter, marshmallows, lomotil, etc help, but still my stoma never behaves that well.
Thank you. My wife has had her bag taken off now after 3 months but it sure would have been helpful if someone had of told us about the locking device. The doctor also put the stoma too close to her belly button which caused problems with sealing the bag.
Thank you for posting this video you are helping a lot of people learn how to take care of themselves. You are very brave and are helping more than you know. Thanks for sharing.

Very helpful. However it is called a colostomy not a colonoscopy. A colonoscopy is the actual scope that is used to view the intestines.

Yea, I realized that after I finished, but was too lazy to re-do the whole thing. Thanks for the comment.
