Obama is going to partially pay for his plan by cutting off health care programs for the elderly. If any one out there has an elderly parent or relative, there life is going to be shortened if he gets his way. Daschle said so and so did Obama in some of his speeches. Euthanasia anyone?

On page 425 of the proposed bill, it says that everyone on social security (will include all senior citizens & SSI people) will go to MANDATORY counseling every 5 yrs to learn & to choose from ways to end your suffering (and your life). Yes, they are going to push SUICIDE to cut Medicare spending! Health care will be denied based on age. $500 bil will be cut from seniors healthcare. The only way for that to happen is to drastically cut health care, the oldest and sickest will be cut first.

Just as with any other other Government run assistance program, I would get behind it if anyone could assure me that it was necessary. Quite honestly from what I see, people are electing to make massive monthly payments on things like cable sports packages, Escalades with 22" rims, black berrys with internet services and choosing to not spend money on health care. Face the simple fact that the reason that the majority of Americans don't have health care is because they have immature priorities.

Instead of a national Medicare System that would insure all, Mandate that Each State would need to have it's own Medicare Program to Insure Healthcare for ALL of it's citizens, so states can compete with one another.

1.) TEXAS would probably have the WORST HEALTHCARE because they don't give a shit about their people and hate taxes and would rather live like the Improvised Mexicans.

2.) MASSACHUSETTS would have the best healthcare for all of it's citizens and have a Fair System to pay for it.

This 1.6 trillion plan is for 15% of the population. A targeted plan would cost much less yet they will not consider that. Why? It is simple Obama want a single payer national healthcare system and this plan is the way to get it started. He said years ago that is what he would like.
