I seriously doubt you will grow from the stretching. if you grow, it's because you are not done growing for the simple fact that you are still fairly young. there is no scientific reason to grow based on stretching. it makes you more flexible, it doesn't make your bones longer or anything like that

What does the CD all include? Obviously I understand you can't give all the details, but at the moment I have absolute no clue what will be on the DVD. All I know is that there will be some exercises, but how many? And what else will be on it? Any nutrition tips and other health tips?
Since I don't know much about what is on the DVD, I wouldn't consider buying it until I know a bit more.

@BangXD .....your 100% bullshit.....you don't know wgat your fukin saying and you sir are dumb.....stretching does NOT make your bones taller...but you will increase height by about 3 inches or more...because your back is always NOT straight and over time you tend to sit down and have a bad posture, BUT if you fix that you'll be surprised how tall you really are...so wtf you saying this is bullshit..but its not..though I wouldn't really buy any program because its a waste of money..this ain't bs

@xY0uPwnx your back should NEVER be straight. it has curves. loosening the muscles will give you better posture, but you wont physically be taller, you'll just have better posture. Nothing has grown. that's like saying stand on your tip toes, see, now you're taller.
