Imagine, that, if you have failed to defeat your enemy, or failed to save your friends, you were upset about your failure and can't get it out of your mind. Then, when the enemy you couldn't beat before strikes again, or your friends are in the same danger as before, you had to do it right this time, otherwise, all will be lost to the good guys. This theme fits when you're trying to do what you've failed at.
Oh, cool, I didn't know there was a version of this song that was a clear, real recording, and not the grainy, fairly-hard-to-understand version actually in the game. Also a neat video. Very cool! Thanks for posting, and for the translation, too.
Wow, now I know what those lyrics really mean... they're great! But then what's with the lyrics they show at the bottom of the screen when you're playing the jump rope game in the first GBA Wario Ware? They aren't at all the same.
If you're talking about the English lyrics that appears in Jump Forever. Those are lyrics made up in tune to the song, they are not the actual translation as you can see here. ^^;;

Is it me or doesn´t this song make any sense?

Nope, most of the WarioWare songs don't make any sense at all. Except when it comes to songs like Mona's or Ashley's.

But it´s interesting that only the melody of a song can make it "happy" or "sad".
