I want to recover from a High Grade partial thickness tear at the LCL. I want to get a strong leg/knee area. I want to know how much I can do before I choose surgery as an option in the short/medium term.
What "exercises" are best for people who have torn their ACL and are opting to go without surgery for the short term?
It's really not about swimming being necessary... It's just explaining that swimming is one of many very effective options for exercises post-op.

I do think wimmings is not essential actually......it is working out in water because of the resistence of water itself and support of the weight.
