I weeped like a baby when I found out that I was a year and a half late, because he had already gone home to be with the Lord Jesus. I told my wife that we were going to his church to visit and hear him in person preach the Gospel of Jesus, since we loved hearing him on BBN Christian Radio. I miss him so much, and I never even met him.

I've struggled with faith for a long time. I was brought to believe in Jesus as a child through my parents and church. As I grew and aged in years I began to question why I believed as I did only to eventually dismiss god and Jesus as a myth for weak minded people. Years passed. I am keeping my option for studying to become a pastor open. For I know that it's what God has called me to do besides teaching Choir to my local Unite Methodist church. I realized that Yesterday when I braught up a verse from Joshua 24. "Serve whoever you shall want, but my family and I will server The Lord." I want my kids to serve The Lord like my father wants me to serve My Lord. And Pastor Rogers has shown what and taught me God's will and my will to continue to serve him.

I didn't know that he had passed. I still hear him on the radio. He always took the high things of god and brought them down to earth so to speak in a way anyone can understand. God used him mightily in my learning of the gospel.
I am encouraged by Adrian Rogers' teachings. His insights were powerful and from a true heart that loved Jesus. I know Adrian Rogers is enjoying Heaven and the Lord Jesus whom he preached and served.
