my version is 3.0 i think, whatever the newest is, and i have a freeloader that says it works with wii, the newest also, it reads the disk, but then says there is an error, and i must shut down the game, w t f do i do??

Well the screen type has to be set to 60HZ or whatever rather than 50.

You will also have to perform a wii system update.

And anything else mentioned on a list of things to do in the freeloader box would help

Hey.. I got mine working..but it is in black and white..but when I put in another game and run it on 60 Hz..it works PERFECTLY...

Sorry, mine was in black and white aswell and that just means that the tv you are using doesn't work with the freeloader and brawl

There isn't a way to change it. I had to switch tvs

Try it with any other tvs

i got a lil older version of the freeloader and i no that it will work with gc games so if u got time can u find a way to make the freeloader work on japnaese games, u no like naruto shippuden or bleach? it would be the coolest thing

I think that all this talk about freeloaders are nothing but a bunch off bull shit... i have one of the first freeloaders that came with the action replay and it still works... and the disk even have a big ass crack in it!

the video was a lie. the disc entry and all th other stuff (noise) the Wii made was about half a sec. slow. then when he "turned it OFF" the disc slot glowed, it doesn't glow when you shut it down, it light's up when you shut it on!

HI THERE, i live in the UK and i tryd my FREE LOADER and it dont work, my Wii updated version is 2.0E and my free loader version is the 1.06B version but it dont work.

How about using the gc freeloader to play wii games? Anybody tried that yet? Different discs, but like the freeloader really reads the discs anyways. Hopefully a freeloader thats made for the wii comes out SOON! The japanese have tons of great wii games that america will never see.

Wait... I use a Action Replay for its freeloader to try to play Naruto GNT4, and it didn't work. I was able to get to the menus, but there was a error message that didn't let me play the game. Your VJ probably works either because its a different game or your VJ was about to crash due to the error message sooner or later. You have to actually PLAY the game before you PROVE it works.
