Haha. It was way funnyyy. Thanks for making it worth watching! But ofc I will be cautious when I go there. lol from now on every foreigner will slalom their way on the streets while korean people look at us like....wtf man? Don't ya have ninja skills to detect the motorcycles? hahaha......but i'm a bit nervous now cause where I come from everyone follows rules mad well, unless they're drunk (which happens alot). oh dear god help me...i'm gonna die.
it made me laugh! at least there is a solution for survive in Seoul here in my country the only advice that I can give you pray before you go outside because it could be the last hahaha. belle music vive la grèce le soleil et les plages!
And that's just for pedestrians! The video for actual drivers is about 1 hour long, and includes segments such as "Double yellow lines are for u-turns," "Why blinkers are used only after a car has made a turn," "Red lights are for decoration," "Speed limit implies minimum speed allowed" and more...
Brilliant, practical, and bloody realistic. It's the giggi-motorcycle deliverymen round Sodaemun-gu who nearly do me in and actually flattened my oldest boy last trip. Oh well, when in Rome.... I look forward to your next video, and may I suggest a walking tour of the Blue House area and how many guards suddenly appear out of thin air to escort you away (always a winning walking tour). Cheers.
You forgot to mention to keep an eye out for the low sidewalk barriers so that you don't trip over them and fall face first on the pavement. (personal experience)
Although I'm Korean, unfoutunately I have to agree with our bad culture too. We still have many things to change. But guys~ Don't hate Korea. That's not all about us. :-)
I don't mean to single out Korea. It's just where I'm living. Any large city you will find these same dangers and these tricks can be used to avoid dying.
HAHA! This is all SO true! I've totally used other people as shields on the crosswalk. But I usually walk in the main part of the sidewalk and I've hardly ever been hit!
A bicycle hit my hand once. I had a couple of close calls too. Once a coworker suddenly pulled me out the the way of a car. And a motorcycle almost hit me. One car came close to crushing my leg as it was backing up on the sidewalk.

So true! I've even seen cars on some of the pedestrian overpasses over Cheonggyecheon. No level surface is safe!

I suggest a fine trail of tin tacks laid along the path used by motorcyclists - that should put paid to their shenanigans >=D

I suggest very tawdry body armor. Ya know, the type guaranteed to leave huge scratches and dents in pristine metal traveling at 35 MPH!
Cool Vid. I do follow basic things that you suggest. The old person, the baby carriage are genius BTW~! haha!! ;-)
