  • Your weight should be entirely on your heel the whole time. never on your toes. If you find your weight falling to your toes, regrip and for the next one make sure you are on your heel. Big Breath at the bottom right before you pull. Hope this helps you out a little bit. I train with one of the best 165lbs of all times TONY CONYERS check out his deadlifts on youtube and train your ass off.

  • Your ass is not low enough. And bring in your feet more(about 6-10 inches apart only). When your ass stays to high you start rounding out your back. You have to almost be sitting down and at that point just keep your head up and pullllllllll.
