Yeah, you're right. Still, Saint Seiya's one of my favoritest animes thats why I have it as my username. And I'm waiting to order the PS3 Saint Seiya game from Japan.
ADV did a different dub than this one, and it was uncut. People debate over the quality of the acting, but the general consensus is that it was better than this dub (the DiC dub), and the UNIVERSAL consensus is that the writing was waaaaaay better than this dub. It's a pity that ADV couldn't get their version on TV. They had a show that could have been just as popular as DBZ, and they were never able to use it to its full potential.

@DaisyExodus DIC went to that part in Siberia where dudes can surf on icy waters and not get themselves killed. So they found Swan and hired him to do KOZ.

That was so wrong, yet so funny! Seriously, like, dude, he is Russian! Since when do you have a Russian surfer who lives in the frozen tundra in the middle of nowhere, now you could make the "Surf's Up" argument, but isn't that kind of a stretch. DiC hates Russians I swear, they made Linka from Captain Planet all squeaky and now Hyoga! I understand the lack of people with authentic accents, but give them at least normal voices if in doubt!
I wish the ADV got to handle this series than DiC, they done a much better job.

Jesus Christ..... they really had to get a better company to do this show back then. Why couldn't Funimation do the dub it would've been WAY better

And just the sight of Hyoga saying "dude" is traumatizing.
And Seiya's voice makes him sound like his balls haven't dropped. X_x;; I actually really like Seiya, though. *shot*
I feel like a dick for saying this, but I actually like Jabu's voice. >3>;;
