  • This video is great, i've already done a lot of planks since i've started sports and i know they really help. but, this video definately gives more specific ways to do planks in which it'll help. i appreciate all the videos you make, and just wanted to say thankyou. but, my biggest weakness is that i have so much motivation when i start something, but i quickly lose that motivation. have any advice on how i can keep myself motivated?

  • I'm glad I saw this before I left to go to the gym, will try the immortal ab workout. I been working on my legs and abs for the pass two weeks and just a little on my arm and this week I'm going to focus on my core. Since I started using some of your workout techniques my stamina, endurance, and vertical has improved greatly in the beginning of the month, shall be dunking in a couple more weeks.
