I agree that the rb26 is a good motor but its not a good competition motor since the block is made of cast iron. And yes all that I said about the jet engine shop and college is true. so you have no valid info on why civics are junk other than their fwd? and you only have some gay ass video game to back you up? Well technically you don't have to let off the gas but hey if you wanna buy new clutches/pressure plates/throw out bearings/ slave cylinders/ master cylinders/ and/or have to either buy a new tranny or get it rebuilt cause you royally fucked up your gears I'd advise that you don't "power shift" lol and besides if your cars fast enough and not just turbo'd like most of these damn ricers I see you shouldn't have to "power shift" to blow past them in a race either way

- drivetrain (front wheel drive = hardly traction = hondas suck from a dig)

- low end torque (very important for a fast low end acceleration)

- transmission type (chevy got the worlds fastest auto trannys. even the worlds fastest supra got the chevy powerglide 2 speed for a reason)

- aerodynamics (important for a fast mid/top end acceleration)
