Doug Graham in the "The 80/10/10 Diet" on page 56 writes that and I quote
"When an egg hits a frying pan an irreversible chemical change takes place" I quote again "the body recognizes clumps of partially broken down proteins, known as polypeptides, as foreign invaders to be attacked, contained, and eliminated through the kidneys" It stresses the kidneys leading to kidney stones and eventually kidney failure. Undigested proteins can also produce arthritis, leaky gut syndrome and auto immune.
i know its not raw but i dont think i can give up my organic amazing eggs! they must be packed with B12 cos some of the eggs are so healthy they have 3 yolks!....are absoloutly fresh free range organic eggs a natural idea for B12 problems??
