@TrekkyRudd This is showing the border of Mexico/US. This is an area where armed Mexican drug cartel come across the border. They are armed with AK-47's ans SKS rifles. It's a recon of the area to set up efforts to stop them since the US government wont. These are average citizens patroling the border.
@TrekkyRudd I believe that the gentlemen in the video are exploring the border between America and Mexico and that (hazarding a guess here) that the Mexicans may have erected a gate well on to American soil.

The Taco military often comes across illegally whilst escorting drug dealers and just hanging around in such a location can be quite dangerous if you're not well armed. If they're going to make a habit of this, they need body armor.
Grizz, you would be happy to know that your act of crossing into Mexico illegally, had you been aprehended, would have landed you with a mandatory 2 year prison sentence in a Mexican prison...just for future reference.
