Not to mention the fact that the good general is innocent. You say there's no proof he's innocent but at the same time there's no solid proof he's guilty. And if you knew anything about our legal system you'd know that you DO NOT have to "prove" innocence for someone to be innocent, you just have to prove "reasonable doubt of guilt." This Hague tribunal is a puppet show and it was proven the other day when the defender was found just as guilty as the aggressor. As a Canadian Croatian citizen I am ashamed to say I am Canadian in Croatia. My cousins serbed bravely in the army and they told me that serbs collaborated with the UN where the UN passed vital information to the serbs on how the Croatian troops were moving and attacking. Leslie is a very very highly decorated General who is an oustandingly charismatic and inteligent man who is Innocent(end of story) - thats why he has not been courtmarsheled by the CDS and JAG...He was simply a witness...to the war crimes that the retired General was accused of. Weahter these acusations were tru or not is not L-Gen Adnrew Leslie's Problem. In his educated and experianced military opinion the general at the time who was in charge was commiting war crimes.
