not in the mainstream anymore but neither is anyone else who's good, lol. i've loved Ricochet since i was a kid and still do. these were man bands before there were boy bands. same era as Alabama, Blackhawk, Diamond Rio, Shenandoah, all great bands, and not gay. Rascall Flatts eat your heart out, or, whatever you people eat. Country has really gone downhill though.

I remember first hearing this song on a local country station in 1996, when I was 23. Great memories! 1996 was the last "great" year of my life. I'm 37 now, and probably have about 10 years left to live. I will always remember 1996, and will associate this song with 1996, when I want good memories during my final years on Earth. Thanks!

Just so you know... Ricochet is still alive and kickin butt..... I had the opporunity to see them in concert 2 months ago and I'd say it was one of the very best concerts I have ever been too. These guys are absolutly amazing!!!!

I saw Ricochet in concert in a small club in Alberta and it remains my all time favorite concert. They were completely amazing as performers and you're right, they are missed. Just yesterday I was going to call the request line and ask for them to play Blink of an Eye! I guess I should have!

Ricochet's one of my favorite bands. A few of the guys who played on this record have left Ricochet-they are; Jeff Bryant(drums), Junior Bryant(fiddle), Eddie Kilgallon(keyboards), and Teddy Carr(steel guitar). Heath Wright(lead vocals, guitar) and Greg Cook(bass) are still in the band.
