@irideon20s well the hands are a 5 against 4 polyrhythm, and the kick/snare pattern sounds like 5/8, and it's almost like he's playing an 8th note paradiddle, with the diddle on the kick with an 8th rest. It repeats every 5/8 measure, and the cymbal resolves every 4th measure. That's why it sounds so ridiculous to have the cymbal over the top. I'm no expert though, and I only watched the part 3 times, so there's room for error, or a more intelligent way to express how it's broken down.
