ok guys: Heres your answer to alt hsoe who have problems with server connection:

Do it like in this video.

Open Windos Menu via Windows Button and type in search: %appdata%.

Chose 1st possibility "Roaming"

Go to Ubisoft -> Anno 2070

Insert folder "Accounts" including the "RELOADED" folder, and the profile.xml, like in the crack folder.

Start anno5.exe

Type in RELOADED as username and 1 as password.

Enjoy the game.

i found the problem: my antivirus (nod32) put the solidcore32.dll file into quarantine without any advice, so i've put an excepion for this file, so now i can play Anno 2070

Note: some antivirus softwares detect your solidcore32.dll as a threat and automatically delete it.

This makes the game not run. Simply disable your antivirus while you're extracting the crack and overwriting the original contents, add an exception for the Anno 2070 folder (so that your antivirus doesn't delete it later) and re-enable your anitvirus.
