Quck answer to your questions: It's all about practice, really! All you have to do is tease and flirt a lot just with anyone. Once you are natural at it, take it to the next level and flirt with guys you are attracted to at least a little.

You can as well give yourself targets: "This week, I will connect with at least 20 men" for instance. It does not matter that you are not planning to have a relationship with them. Flirting is fun by itself!

Oups! Missed that comment 5 months ago! here is my answer: appearance and body/looks/vitality go hand in hand. they probably count for 50% of the attraction a man will feel for a woman. The other 50% being personality and energy. Makes sense, right? - Enjoy! Go get them!
