HI-5 man! In the last two quarters I've gained an inch on my waistline. I want to continue to build upper-body muscle and keep my midsection at a reasonable level (hopefully need to wear my belt again because my pants wont fit).
@vMIKEo. Dude i though the same thing 4 years ago. I'm being 100% honest all i drink is water. It's bout all that satisfies my thrust and k h8 and I mean h8 soda. I have a glass of tea like 2 a week. I gota get on a better sleep schedule and not eat late like I ALWAYS do.

And yea I knw the drugs gotta go thy making what I been tryn not to be. H8 feeling dependent on weed that shit is more addictive than ppl realize. I was doing gr8 w/o em and would like to get back to it!
@Modiesel1286 its addicting in your mind. i didnt have a perfect past, but i made choices to define who i am. and if you dont want to be in that body anymore then make a difference and a choice now. make a decision to not be in that body. if youre 5'8 and 400#s id suggest the first thing you do is take soda completely out of your diet. if you went on a water only diet i bet you drop a significant amount of weight in just a few weeks. dont cheat at all. water only

I actually started walking a mile a day like for 2 months and got on a reg diet and was feeling gr8, then on my bday me and some friends went partying and I got stoned and been getn stoned ever since-_- But yea I'd love to get back motivated lol. Gotta leave the sticky alone.
