@Icytorvo963 It's a Beatles song...It was in English in the first place. I understand it's the syncing that required the change, they clearly thought that through. The tiny issue that remains is this WAS an existing song back in the 60s, and the original Japanese version sang it very well. It wasn't actually requiring much translation because he sang it in English in the show in the first place, it wouldn't have sucked, it would've been out of sync. Still a decent song either way.

Yeah... I think in the subbed version the Engrish kinda kills it, and there is a lot of it. I'd say this is one of the very few animes where the dub just sounds better than the original. Would have been nice if they had used the original lyrics in this particular song, though.

Anyone watching this, i did an edit of the audio from the dubbed version, so there are no music breaks and long talk parts. Its not perfect but i like how it turned out. Its cd worthy. Check it out in my vids

Alot of people thinks this version sucks but I disagree I like this one more than the original one, first of all his ENGLISH I mean come on the jap can't even pronounce the lyrics right. And as you said the Bass and Drums are clearer than the jap version. Soul in his voice? I still think he's winging it :D I've been looking for a decent version I love it!
