The War Crimes, raping of women, torturing and killing of unarmed boys and men, so dastardly is SL. Tamils have suffered these acts since 1949. Similar acts in 1958, 1977 and 1983, gave rise to LTTE. SL may try to hide the truth of its recent acts by refusing access to the Int. Aid and Press agencies, the truth will bare itself soon. The UN has failed in its duty with such prevalence of human rights violation. Ban Ki Moon and Vijay Nambiar must be investigated. Are they complicit or negligent?

The London-Based Amnesty International (AI) and New York-Based Human Rights Watch (HRW) both together with AHRC repeatedly urged Sri Lanka to allow the International Monitoring Mission to monitor the human rights of civilians in Sri Lanka as enforced abductions, disappearances, tortures, rapes, extrajudicial killings are rampant in the country. Sri Lanka's government has so far refused to allow international monitoring of its human rights record.
