go to the police building in saints row and go to the first or second floor u see an door that can open than listen to the mesages (u see the saints row token at them) and go the ofice of troy u can see an saints row token there so u got the phone number of dex just dial the number and u will see an ultor logo at the church at saints row on ur minimap go to the church and start the mision... have fun :)

yeh but wat i think is that at the end of sr2 the boss says hes goin after dex. so he follows dex to a new city where no-one knows who the saints are, so he decides to startr a new gang up there. and johnny ends up staying in stillwater to look after the saints but l8a during sr3 he comes in and helps u during some mission.
