GUYS I am sorry but his is just an optical effect caused by the lense in zoom and out of focus. You can experience this effect any nigh with a video camera. just zoom quicky in on a light source.

@JandHfilms I've seen it moving across the sky during the day, it was like nothing i had ever seen before, my thoughts are it's a UFO but can't prove it of course pretty amazing i will never forget it.
