@Airplanesaremything the mind games screw with you. The PT isnt to bad, it just sucks pushing on tiles because you hands get sweaty and you start to slip. There will be good days and bad days. All BMT is is a mindfuck.

@cangriman0101 I don't stay in the dorms any more since I am getting married. But I work eight hours five days a week. Once your off work, you can play as long as you want as long as you are back for work the next day.
god damn you guys have nice ass dorms im stationed at Incirlik AB in turkey and im a cop the dorms here are small as fuck, this base is horrible theres nothing to do and everything here is backwards as hell its a nuke base we have the most in USAFE. Cops if you get the chance to come here turn it down haha its a crazy base everything is different here than any other PRP base we do have a good commander though Lt. Col Glen Christensen he really cares about his troops

One of the funny things about bmt at lackland is the making you earn soft drinks. Watch the craziness that ensues as a whole flight is deprived of caffeine all at once. It is one of the little things no one even mentions. Also the food sucks except for at the Language schools.

@vicp1990 You can't really pick a base, they will put you wherever they need you, but there is this thing called "the dream sheet" you fill it out and list all the base that you would like to be stationed at (oversees and states) if you get lucky then more power to you. I got stationed in Lackland but I didn't even list it on there.
As for losing weight, do a lot of running (cardio) and avoid sweets. Good luck!

Yes, you can bring your cellphone, you will have to put the battery in an envelope and write your name on em' and as for the cellphone, you put your cellphone in your bag and they all go in the storage room which is locked up the whole time you are there.
@Sandstorm93 It depends on your job, I only work about eight hours a day. MWF 7:30a-3pm. Tue-Thur 7:30a-4:30p. With one hour lunch... I'm off on the weekend.
Once you get off, you can do whatever you. Just make sure to be back to work the next day.
About how long was it from the time when you went into boot camp to the point where you have your own room and amenities? Because it looks like you have a pretty sweet setup... better than i imagined.
You will have your own room when you get to your first duty station, majority of the time in Tech School, you will have a room mate, but you can have your own stuff like TV, Xbox and such.
Like I said before, when you get to your first duty station, you can pretty much have anything in your room, from alcohol (must be 21 and over), to video games, TV (cable and internet), and females. Pretty much, knock yourself out. But no drugs and weapon (duh)
Admin tech school is in Keesler AFB Mississippi. It sucks there during the summer time because it's hot and humid as hell, but Keesler is a nice base though. You can get stationed anywhere, you go wherever the Air Force needs you.

What's up! Back in Keesler, we weren't allowed to have internet in our own room, but we did have a computer room (ZeeZee) some shit like that but it's not free, so I didn't have live. But as long as you have 360, that's all that matters :). When your done in tech school, you can either ship everything to your first duty station or ship it home first and have your parents or whoever ship it to you on your first duty station. Good luck!
