I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. Dogs are such an important part of life and when they're gone, it really hurts. Hopefully you're doing okay.
Speaking' of dehydration, I've been wanting to up my water intake. Any ideas on how to successfully do this? I mean, I try to drink a lot but when I do, it results in me having to use the bathroom a lot therefore requiring help from other people - lifting, etc. And I feel guilty making them have to help me, etc.
Don't worry hun! You need to think about yourself first. I have the same problem with nausea, and what I do, is have a lot of little, but filly snacks near by like cheese strings lol. And also when I do drink, have something more filling like choc. milk. I heard the new juice drink GQ is really good for hydration too and apparently it tastes really good!
Hang in there, Kyli! I've been dealing with dysautonomia for about four years, now. I've lost three jobs and been to so many docs I can't remember them all! But, the one good thing that comes from this, for me and you it seems, is the desire to help others. I'm in the process of starting a support group in Southern Indiana, so, if you have any fans or friends in my neck of the woods and they'd like to contact me, please let me know. Good luck, and thanks for all you do! You are inspiring!
hi stacey, how are you? i'm so very sorry to hear about your friends...i can't imagine how hard that must be. :( you're in my thoughts & prayers. thank god that you're okay.. stay strong. (i know it's hard.) (hugs, hugs, hugs)
Good video and I'm really sorry about your dog, I'm dealing with losing my friends from the Black Saturday fires over here. I luckily survived and we saved our house, I live right where they were, it was really scary.
