how long did it take for him to talk? i have a green indian ring neck as well but the lady that had him for four years neglected him for this past year and he has never spoke and he is a biter any tricks you did?

hi..if u have a male it takes two years to get the ring,,.. but the females doesnt gei it...so u will kow in two years if u have a female or a male lol I have four of them ... ^-^
Thanks!! He started at about 1 year with just saying Hi! The day he reached over to the phone while I was talking on it and he heard my hubby's voice and said "HELLO!" was really funny!
@WranglersRoost your parrot got a very clear voice,i have listen to many ring necks.But ur parrot has the best and clear voice,when compared to others.U are very lucky..
