According to the original story by JM Barrie (or is is Barry? sorry if I spelled it wrong), it's the Right hand. So don't listen to Disney's version. Now I'm not bashing Disney...I've always loved it. And I don't know why he changed it to the Left hand, but nonetheless Hook's hook is supposed to be on his right hand.
