  • I understand where they were coming from and wanting to put a show of black solidarity, however I can also see how it is a sign of disrespect. I don't like how there was a backlash against George Foreman by the black power movement because he was proud to represent the USA and instead of a black power salute he waved miniature american flags and bowed to the audience upon winning his Boxing gold medal. He came from one of the worst areas in the USA and was chastised for handling himself w/ class

  • now sports is a nobel profession.

    Sports is a global tool that can bridge gaps globally between nations.

    politics can never be mixed with any thing.

    politics are what make the world a bad place and give nations a black eye.

    its a fact.

    in this case a good athlete got kicked because of politics.
