Great neighborhood. As a graduate student in Chicago who grew up across the river, I would absolutely live in Cinci.

Consider, Winston Churchill visited Cincinnati 'round the turn of the 19th century, he commented how it was "America's prettiest inland city".

There is no greater collection of Italianate commercial structures in the US.

over the rhine will soon be cincinnati's best neighborhood. the gateway quarter is incredible and the development potential is unlimited!

OTR is the neighborhood thats the most important to cincinnati's future. its a great thing to see it comming along so quickly!
