We used to have a cat missing front teeth and would do the 'tongue thing' alot. It's so cute. Since he died, we have four cats and one of them reacts just like yours does when you even touch his back. LOL
Yeah, she's pretty cute. She is missing her front teeth, so her tongue always sticks out a little. The more relaxed she is, the further it sticks out. Also, she LOVES chasing shadows for HOURS.
