Whenever I get that error box I press [] (Square) and if its constantly flashing when playing the game i press select and then press it again and its gone. :D

with sound turned off 3 frame skip and every graphical thing on or off to make it 100 percent devoted to running the rom im grabbing 40-50 frames on smash bros and 60 on break the targets

i have a better beta where the sound isnt skippy at all so like if a game is 18fps then the music will slow down to 18 and play smooth.

R14 sucks ist very laggy and can only play about 1/2 of the games hopefuly they will somday come out with 1 that runs like DGEN or SNES9xTYL
