Jamez wrote the lyrics...I checked it out on songmeanings. com, but it were much discussion there what it were about.. Some say that James divorced with hes wife then, others say its about death. Other mean thatb it aren´t about James personal life and Death, just the filing to never meet someone again. So sad lyrics...James is my favvo lyricswriter in DT..And John Petruccis too

If you look at his face in the performance, its not anger...far from it. He's obviously thinking about someone, and hes also holding back tears. The loss, and meaning in this song is profound, as with a lot of their lyrics

You're damn right Man... Labrie knows about music, in fact, "Elements Of Persuasion" its a very nice album, versatile in every sense of the word.

I think labrie gives that kinda warm feeling to some songs of Dream Theater. Sorrounded, Wait For Sleep, Learning To Live, Disappear and so many other ones...

I cant imagine this band without James. Period.

Yeah, the piano/guitar part is really cool and pretty creepy. Even though it's creepy it still adds to the overall sad/depressing/depressed feeling of the song, which is cool.
