If you look at any color photo of the buildings being assembled, it is clear that all the steel other than the floor pans were painted with red primer before the white fire proofing was sprayed on. The columns were painted with Tnemec primer and the floor trusses with La Clede red primer. Chemical analysis of La Clede primer exactly matches Ryan's "thermite" chips.
Funny some people say they could be paint chips. But there are many interior pictures of the WTC and no red paint! AND all the main paint was white primer or neutral colors so if it was paint you'd see white chips. No white chips!
