Seems like it, though oddly I don't think I ever saw this episode on TV, and I watched Hey Arnold all the way until it ended. I guess the whole "Hitler" thing must have made it one of those episodes that only airs on occasions rather than on a regular basis (it probably aired around Veteran's Day or something).
