Can somebody tell me, aren't sleight of hand and dual mags doing the exact same thing?

Why have sleight of hand as your 2nd perk and dual mags as your weapon attachment?

@harquien no, basically Dual Mags gives you double the ammo, and it makes every 2nd reload a faster reload. Sleight of Hand makes every reload faster. Do you get what im saying?

@xKquickx yes it is. If a gun seems easier to use than any others and you see it more often than any others, it's overpowered. I do so much better with the ak74, but I choose not to use it because I don't want to ruin others' gaming experience. I get so pissed when im killed by that gun and I'm sure most people do too.
