Mineta JUST said and had said in his testimony that there WAS an order to shoot down hijacked planes by the president. the young man came in and asked chaney if that order still stood, he said yes.
SO CHENEY SAID THAT YES, THE ORDER TO SHOOT DOWN HIJACKED AIRPLANES STILL STANDS. how in ANYWAY is that a stand down order? its quite the opposite infact!

Better questions then Mineta got from the senate. His testimony before the senate was not recorded in the 911 commission report.
