remove that fucking worthless judge. how the fuck were you threatening him? we clearly seen the whole video and he did nothing but ask a couple questions.
5.43 ,it starts ,take your hat off ,take your hat off ,first THING I WOULD SAY is ...SIR who do you think YOU are talking too would you speak to a stranger like that ,on the street ,can you show me evidence of who you are , (
Nothing more than a bunch of savage animals that need to be locked up in a cage until they are fit to re-enter society. The criminals have more rights these days. You so called activists need to stop whining like a little bitches and make something of yourselves besides savage animals.
@maximumfullpower nahhhh they're not animals. That would kind of imply that they are violent. these guys are more like children, always asking why and refusing to stop. I mean listen to the guy. "I'm not refusing..." if you still have your damn hat on your head like a is disrespectful punk then guess what thats called kids.... thats called refusing. Say it with me kids "RE-FUSING" next lesson is to learn the manners in a court setting.
The title 'savage animals' should be reserved for the petty tyrants who abused the liberty of the people in this video. The worst part of this video is when the judge was asked whether the people should pay for five days of imprisonment of an individual for wearing a hat, and then the judge accused him of making threats against him, and ordered his arrest. People like Judge Burke do not deserve to be in a position that they are in.
From the NH Bar regarding contempt, the following passage kind of stuck out:
'A challenge confronting judges in applying the law of contempt is to avoid “[turning] the remedial sentence for civil contempt into additional punishment for an offense to the public interest.”56 “A civil contempt proceeding is wholly remedial, to serve only the purposes of the complainant, not to deter offenses against the public or to vindicate the authority of the court.”57 .... (continued)
(continued) ... Judges are not immune from “confusing offenses to their sensibilities with obstruction to the administration of justice” and even a well-intentioned attempt to compel a party to comply with a court order can convert a proceeding for civil contempt into criminal contempt, if the purpose is to punish.58'
New Hampshire judges may be removed in one of three ways:
(1) The governor, with the consent of the executive council, may remove judges for reasonable cause upon the joint address of both houses of the general court.
(2) Judges may be impeached by the house of representatives and convicted by the senate.
(3) The committee on judicial conduct investigates grievances filed against judges and may institute disciplinary proceedings in the supreme court when necessary. The supreme court may privately or publicly reprimand or censure, suspend, and remove judges.
.... time to get some Free Staters on the committee on judicial conduct. It sounds like a difficult task though. Maybe you should talk to some people on the committee.
See: h t t p://w w w .courts.state.nh.us/rules/scr/scr-39.htm
So the Land of the Free and of the Brave(that's a joke) allows morons like this judge to remain in positions of authority....I THINK IT IS YOU THAT SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
If thats what you get for not removing your hat, then what happens if you break a real law?
I think these court officials make up their own laws as they go along. Good job you guys are peacfull as this sort of treatment could make an honest man break a real law and hurt one of the court muppets.
Is there any more information on Ademo recording the judge in the hall/stairway. That shit really bothers me that a judge can just sic his dogs on someone like that.
Was there a follow up protest where 20 or 30 people showed up in court with hats on? Perhaps with media notified beforehand so that there could be media coverage?
THIS IS JUST A BIG GAME , to see who can claim jurisdiction :)

A quick search yielded the following sources (exciting reads!):
Rule 38: Code of Judicial Conduct:

I'm sure some of you are much better at understanding the legalese than I am, so I won't try to guess at which sections may have been violated.
Committee on Judicial Conduct:
