I suggest drilling holes through the center of the blades, allowing for minimal resistance while pushing the blade through the water. Not positive that it will make a difference, but it can't hurt.

a couple of really great moves there. I have not played for a year. Need to get back into it. The West Aussies were doing that batting of the puck in mid water back in 95 when i was there but i like the one where the guy twists while doing it and drops it on the other side of him. Nice

also if you play in a dive pit (of 4m depth or more) and get hit in the ear by a standard 1.3kg puck it will burst your eardrum and kill you unless you get to the surface and the hospital FAST!

They use Dorsal Stick, but it's not the best stick. If you have a very good technic with muscles you have certainly the best stick.

What modifications are they using on the standard dorsals? Is it possible to buy them with these mods? Cheers.

Not many mods used in this vid. If I can remember right one stick was a standard HT, and the other had slightly more bevel removed from the start of the inside edge. Since then, I have thinned it down 3mm to be 17mm thick, added 3x 11mm holes on top face and a slightly deeper thumb grove to fit my larger hand. Check out the site for modification info.

To psychohagis: Why would we break sticks doing that? They very rarely get damaged but even if we had by some slight chance, the sticks are warrantied. I see your from the U.K. Do you use one of the famous brit bats?

lol yes i do. but i also have a pair of dorsals that ive been meaning to make more use of. only reason i thought they might break is because you were quite often catching them on the open face and juggling them on the open face. and it is weakest along the open face. this is excellent stuff though - im gonna dig my dorsals out when i go to training on sunday and practice my flicking

#1 ... don't restrict your game with a stick with a big inside hook. Look at the taper on the Dorsal Stick inside edge
