Not sure if NewZealand has a similar laws, but in Australia Private school or not, A reasonable level of responsibility is placed on teachers and school boards by the common law. If they violate this standard, as they have allowing this bullying to persist, they may be subject to liability. Additionally the victim may sue the aggressor directly. Why haven't you taken legal action. Seems to me you've got a fairly solid case, in perticular against the school.
@CyberWastedSLAYER Sadly, there are no laws protecting children in private schools in NZ - not even the Education Act applies. So unless you've got thousands to spare, a civil action is out of the question. They can literally do whatever they like. Check out our other account "safetotell" and look for the Oops video for further information.
@MrTommyRico omg that happened to me they trhu me out and then threatened to disclose my family problems when we wanted to take them to court absolute cunts the lot of them
@666devil34 Hi 666devil34. I'm afraid you're mistaken. We loved the school, is curriculum and the idea of a community in Titirangi. Our problem was with management who wouldn't stop the rampant bullying in my elder daughter's class, to the point that they preferred kicking out a family who asked for the bullying to stop rather than actually deal with it. Please listen carefully to the video and watch the others on our website
@666devil34 just google titirangisteinermessenger to find the site. If you have the stomach, all the correspondence between us and management are there too, in the Archive section. After having read all those emails, Paddy Delaney, one of your trustees agreed that we had been badly treated and blamed for everything that was wrong with the school, yet nothing was ever done to resolve the situation. Some community.
