If you ever watch an old episode of Spitting Image (they're currently showing them on Comedy Central on Sky) a lot of the voices are done by him. Yet in the Spitting Image documentary that was on a couple of Christmases ago, they didn't mention him at all, instead they namechecked Steve Coogan, John Thomson, and Alistair McGowan (gah!). Talk about being unsung!

Spitting Image was my introduction to the glory that is Barrie. XD Sadly Comedy Central in the states is not showing old Spitting Image eps. When I was a kid, we'd get segments of it here every now and then on comedy specials. Every comedian in the States did a Regan impression then, but ironically Chris Barrie's was the best.

Actually, Andrew, who wrote this piece, said that they just wanted it to sound 'Clarkson-style' but still be recognizably Chris. I think he did just that. :-)
