Do kids get DUMBER and DUMBER by the generation? There really isnt any words really to describe how retarded doing this kind of silly stuff really is. Simply no words. Fools like this are the reason that our auto insurance costs go up. Being that they arent too bright in the first place, it is highly probable that accidents will occur. Running themselves over would be the best option though for sure.
