  • Which episode is this from? I have all episodes recorded from when it was on TV and can't find this one.

  • please upload rest of episode

  • Shatner is from Montreal, so you could have had him dub it himself in French.

  • Hey, that wasn't OVER-acting -- it was just ACTING. Anyway, in Shatnerian terms this was downright tranquil. I'm amazed how much the guy dubbing The Shat's French sounded like him; WAS it Shatner? I think he knows French.

And major props for the director's choice of "One O'Clock Jump" as the incidental music in this scene.

  • I don't think that's Shatner dubbing his own voice, I'm pretty sure i recognize this voice from other french dubbed movies.

  • @DrumHeadz83 You are absolutely right: the voice you can hear is that of Richard Darbois, who is the official French dubber for many actors, among whom Harrison Ford and Richard Gere; check it out in his entry on the French-speaking Wikipedia.

  • @DrumHeadz83 Let's not forget he's from Quebec, and the people who speak french from Quebec don't speak this way, this is the french accent, not the canadian one ^^
