I am from the states so I can only keep up what is happening with xfactor uk on youtube. I did a search for J to see how she did last year and I am baffled with the outcome. She has such a beautiful voice! She is so talent and sweet on top of it...I wish her all the best

Jo - A complete and utter travesty that you were dumped out in favour of the wierdies who Simon wants to grab the press attention this year. Fortunately you'll be fine since you have such a great voice and surely other opportunities will come up. Have you thought about maybe singing classical / opera as well ? All the very best, don't let this knock you back even one iota.

One thing that disturbs the quality of this performance, to me, is how the tongue ring makes her seem to lisp. I am not a prude regarding piercings, etc, but why would a person who has such a heavenly voice mutilate her tongue and thereby deform her speech? I don't get it. Nevertheless, I am a big fan and hope Jo makes it far.

You are totally right about the tongue piercing, I havent been singing properly long, and never had singing lessons lol, so was never told of the way it sounded, and had had it pierced long before i started siniging, but since my audition I no longer sing with it! haha! thank you for all your support

unfortunately they didnt even show her boot camp performance and she didnt make it. I think she sang the audition better than here and yes I agree she was ace. The show is a joke sometimes I remember austin drage never made it...criminal!

Also now they just dont show enough of each person, and they just focus on people who are probably already through. Apart from her some old fatrs who cannot sing get through
