And I stand by what I say, If anyone is obese or significantly overweight; they should not blame their metabolism or genetics. They should consult their doctor to make sure its not a bigger problem, and then try to find what works for them. I am a Doctor and read many research articles about weight and health. The facts are the facts. Unhealthy lifestyle is usually the cause of obesity!!!!!

Greasy foods and candy are really ok if you have them in small quantities. Its ok to have a little cake, candy or fried chicken. Its unrealistic for most people to say they will never eat these things again. Its like you cut out ice cream entirely, and then the day you cheat, you eat a whole bucket of ice cream
