Nobody that made any comments here even listened to what he said at all just back to prejudging which is what he was talking about.He was referencing people like nancy Disgrace who was reporting her guilty before a verdict was reached,years before.In this country the constitution reads your innocent until proven guilty and thats what he meant.Did the state prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?No and thats what he meant,its obvious the public needs 2 mind thier own business tax payer or not

Mason is an enemy of justice. He is an enemy of justice for a little girl who was murdered. She died so brutally and this man surmised her death as this, "We won, they lost" like it's a football game. That little girls life was not a game. She deserved life and she should be in kindergarten right now, not dead and buried and this man think's it funny. He think's it a contest. It's not. Caylee matters to all of us who love people and children. Cheney is a ghoul who derserves what's coming

as a relatively new american citizen I am just learning that in America, a child can be neglected to death(accidentally or not) and a mom can ignore the death of her child, the one that she is supose to be the only LEGAL and PRIMARY care giver, and she can avoid to report the case, and she can go to endless crazy party just 4 days after, and then she can hide the disappearance of her child for 31 days, and then, the greatest constitution on Earth find absolutely nothing ilegal in her behavior:(

I can't believe this is the first thing that came out of his mouth and then shortly after him and the whole defense team were having a "champagne toast" across the street from the courthouse and then proceeded to FLIP OFF the people outside the restaurant! If Jose Baez meant what he said about their being "no winners in this case" then there shouldn't have been a public celebration!!! I understand it took years of hard work for both sides and they were celebrating that but I think it would be respectful to do it privately! AND not contradict themselves!
