I work at a Domino's, and it's funny how about half of the time spent making the pizza (it should take about 45 seconds to go from blob of dough to being in the oven, BTW) is spent making it look right. Getting the cheese distributed just so, making sure the sauce is at exactly the right distance from the edge, even keeping pepperoni away from dead-center because it becomes awkward when cut.

Not the world's best pizza, but definitely the world's best six-dollar pizza.

I got some pics of a crappy pizza from them, 1/3 of the pizza has no sauce and just a few drops of cheese. Its pathetic looking. I emailed them about it over 2 weeks ago and they replied that the local store manager would be contacting me to take care of it. Huge suprise, nothing from them at all. Will be my last time to ever get anything from Dominos.

@CraziiSexyKidd Actually no, way back when there were no rules and food stylist would gloss cheerios with primer and sauté macaroni in vats of glue but the laws are far stricter now and it's required for a food stylist to use all natural products during a shoot. They can go though thousands of pancakes to find the perfect one and strategically place crumbs on the surf with tweezers and a blowtorch (I know, I’ve seen it). It’s a crazy fucking job but everything is real it’s just hyper real.

You don't have to sweep floors or make the pizzas so why complain about something you don't have to do?. But in Englands current state it was actually the only first job I could find, a lot of jobs require previous job experience. Dominos takes you in no matter what, so it makes a good first job to get some experience on your C.V to get better jobs in the future. It also has pretty decent pay and you get free pizza, which is fine by me

This video is so over-dramatized. I've worked in this industry & have been on many shoots - it never looks like a movie set, there aren't power tools used 2 stage products, & there isn't a snotty woman hired specifically for her "slice handling." So ridiculous! If Dominos did that much in the past, no wonder they're scrambling 2 figure out a new "hook" to get people on board. Guess the "new recipe" bombed. Here's a thought: If you want people to like your pizza, sell one that TASTES good!
